How to download an app from Store365
To download an app, on the system main page, in the left menu click the Add Workspace button.
In the window the opens, select the Download option.
You will be redirected to the Store365 catalog. Select a component you want to download.
The component page contains a description of the workspace and apps.
To start downloading a component to your Company, click the Install package button.
The Workspace Import window will open. It shows the name, the URL and the workspace description.
When importing the workspace, you can change its name and edit the URL.
At the next step, configure workspace roles and groups.
Once you've specified the data, click the Install button.
Now you can start using the workspace.
For example, create app items, assign tasks, etc.
How to customize the imported app
You can optimize and customize the imported App to your needs. For example, you can edit and add app fields, create app business processes and bind them to the buttons on the app page.
Configuring app fields
Select the App in the workspace left menu, click the gear icon next to the App name and select Form settings.
In the window that opens, you will see the list of all App fields. Using drag-and-drop, add or delete fields or change their order.
In the advanced mode, you can check what data will be shown on the pages of creation, preview, and editing of an app item.
Once the changes are done, click the Save button.
Creating app business process
Click the gear icon next to the App name and in the menu, select Business processes.
On the page that opens, in the upper right corner click the +Processs button and create a business process, for example, Invoice approval.
You need to publsih the process to make it executable. Once it is done, the system will automatically assign tasks to users in accordance with the process diagram.
