There are two system groups that cannot be deleted or modified:
- Administrators - by default, a user who created the company is included in this group;
Users included in the Administrators group have the permissions to create:
They have access to system settings, all system folders and personal folders of users (for viewing only). Administrators can manage the free storage space and the service plan of the company, edit the list of users and channels, as well as model the organizational chart of the company.
All Users Group
The All Users group does not appear in the list of all groups, but you can select it when setting access permissions or choosing a swimlane executor in business processes. Users included in this group have access to all system sections (except for the Administration section), and to the Company files folder.
